Private Gardens Open For Public Viewing
Grayshott on the Hampshire/Surrey border will open over 30 private gardens for public viewing on Sunday 26th and Bank holiday Monday 27th May 2019 from 12.00pm-6.00pm. Programmes are £6.00 per adult (valid for both days) and children under 12 are free. This bank holiday activity offers a children’s treasure hunt, a working forge, a demonstration beehive, a tour of the village’s historic trees, a ‘Made in Grayshott’ stall, bell ringing and homemade teas and home grown plants at bargain prices, so there’s bound to be interest for everyone.
Advance programmes, with a map to help you plan your route, go on sale on Saturday 4th May at Pins and Needles, Grayshott Wine Centre and Warren Powell Richards, Grayshott Post Office, or on the day from the box office on the village green. This will be Grayshott’s 8th Hidden Gardens event raising in excess of £25,000 for community projects. Supported by Grayshott’s businesses including Warren Powell Richards Estate Agency and Grayshott Pottery.
